Each session begins with time to talk. This opening space allows you to share how you feel and what you need support with. It helps shape the focus before treatment so you feel safe, understood and ready to begin.

I’m at Studio70 on Tuesdays for in-person sessions. During the week, I offer remote or by-request appointments so you can choose what works best for you.

  • Available online or in person.

    A confidential, supportive space to talk about your experiences, thoughts and feelings. Counselling offers time to be fully heard and understood, helping you explore challenges and gain insight with compassion.

  • Book six sessions together and save £45 (normally £390).

    Designed for ongoing work with a natural flow, orientation, intention setting, deeper awareness, connection and reflection. Each session shaped by your needs throughout.

  • Available in person at Studio70 on Tuesdays only

    This session includes 30 minutes to talk and 1 hour of massage. It offers space to share what’s happening in your body and mind before moving into treatment to release stress, tension and physical discomfort.

  • Available in person at Studio70 on Tuesdays only

    This extended session includes 1 hour to talk and 1 hour of massage. It allows more time to explore patterns, emotions or ongoing challenges before treatment, helping you let go of stored tension and find greater clarity and calm.

  • A 1-hour treatment for face, hands or feet. Gentle pressure on reflex points helps restore balance throughout the body, easing stress and supporting natural energy flow. Many people find it deeply relaxing.

  • A 1-hour restorative session that works with your body’s natural energy. This gentle practice encourages deep rest, calm and emotional release, helping you reset and restore balance.

    Energy work offers quiet restoration. It supports the body’s natural balance and encourages deep rest, helping to calm the nervous system and ease emotional strain. Many people describe feeling lighter, clearer and more centred afterwards.
